We aim to host a discussion event that is interesting and engaging! As part of joining this event there are a few terms and rules in which everyone should comply with.

Article I:
Event Rules and Regulations
The event will be held at Thomson House and will be subject to rules and regulations stipulated by the Post-Graduate Student Society (PGSS).
I, the undersigned, agree to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by Thomson House as explained here:

These rules include, but are not limited to, the strict prohibition of outside food or beverages. I understand that by violating any of these regulations, I bear personal liability for any fines or other punitive actions taken by Thomson House and/or PGSS Inc.
Article II:
Photography and Media Consent
During the event, we will take a few photos for our website and social media (follow us on Instagram: @ifss_mcgill). For example, we may take a photo of
the whole room or ask participants (if they are willing) to take a group photo.
I, the undersigned, consent to being filmed, photographed and/or recorded by McGill University and in relation to Integrate and Fire seminar on November 2nd, 2023.
I hereby grant to McGill University the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and broadcast my image, including my name, voice, likeness, and affiliation with the University captured in such recordings (the “Recordings”). This right also extends to any of the contents performed, created, or provided by me which are captured in the Recordings, such as my performances, artwork, compositions etc. (the “Material”). This right is irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, and transferrable.
I understand that I will have no right to review or approve such Recordings prior to the use, reproduction, distribution or broadcasting thereof. Furthermore, I agree that McGill University shall have the right to edit, modify, or otherwise alter the Recordings and Material and, for such purposes, I waive any moral rights I may have in the Material.
I hereby hold harmless, release and discharge McGill University and its employees, agents, licensees, successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands or causes of action resulting from the use of the rights granted herein.
